Un buen lugar para descansar, sus habitaciones están muy bonitas, muy espaciosa y su diseño muy católico, propio de San Juan de los lagos. Lo único malo es que su Internet no da señal y su frigobar no sirve, a pesar de que estuvo conectado todo el día nunca enfrió. Punto a favor tiene alberca infantil.
Es un buen lugar por sus buenos precios, higiene, atención, ubicación excelente ya que puedes dormir muy tranquilo, lo recomiendo mucho pero hay que reservar porque es muy demandado.

Es un lugar, limpio , tranquilo, acogedor,personas muy amables,situado muy cerca del centro( ados cuadras), con mucha seguridad para disfrutar la estancia, rodeado al paso de algunos comercios agradables,con muchogusto lo recomiendo.

Está limpió el lugar, nos entregaron la habitación desde las 8am, lo cual fue una ventaja porque los otros hoteles entregaban después de la una de la tarde, es pequeño pero tiene alberca y el personal es muy amable.
Esta bien en general, céntrico, limpio. Tienen un estacionamiento muy pequeño y obscuro.
El lugar es elegante, el servicio muy bueno. Todo el personal está siempre pendiente de lo que necesites. Únicamente este año el refrigerador de la habitación no funcionaba, en el sanitario no pusieron papel y la alberca estaba muy sucia. Nunca había pasado algo así, llevamos 6 años seguidos viniendo y siempre había sido una linda es experiencia. En fin, luego la verdad hasta nos cambiaron de habitación y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesía, la alberca la volvieron a llenar. ¡Excelente servicio! Ufff pensé que sería la última vez que vendríamos aquí.
